When this one came across this subject some time ago, she read it through a few times.Sitting back thinking over what was written this one then put a plan into place to try and improve her self in this way. At the time with no guidance this one was not sure if this subject required a written report, but since being guided by Ms Alcott now felt that this one should at least try to show how she has attempted to improve her self.
