Today i began my "monthly" regiment. i followed all the instruction that i could from the "Visit from Aunt Flo" section. i used a scented lotion to insert my tampax, as it causes a bit of discomfort in the anal passage. i hope this will simulate vaginal discomfort that women might feel.
