This week this fat (endomorphic) sissy started figure training using diet, exercise, and a good steelboned black corset with plenty of room to be taken in.This sissy used to eat a lot of red meats, starches and fried foods. Beginning on Friday she has completely restocked her kitchen with plenty of leafy greens, raw vegetables, lowfat protiens (including soy alternatives to both milk and meat products) and high fibre lowfat snacks and breakfast cereals. This sissy has also begun using meal replacement drinks and thermogenic supplements to increase her metabolism.
